Orders are packed and dispatched from our own studio. Because every piece is one of a kind, we pack for protection rather than speed — expect tissue, a box, and no branding on the outside.

Dispatch times
We dispatch the same day, Monday to Friday. Orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday go out on the next business day.
Replace this: Add a cut-off time. “Same day” with no cut-off means an order at 23:50 is a same-day promise you cannot keep. Something like “ordered before 2pm CT” protects you without sounding slower.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is collected. You can also see it at any time under your account, in order history.
International delivery
We ship worldwide, to 65 countries across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, Latin America and Africa. You will see whether we deliver to you as soon as you reach the address step at checkout.
Import duties and taxes are payable by you. These are charged by your own country’s customs authority, not by us, and are separate from the price and shipping you pay here. Your carrier will usually collect them before delivery. Refusing a parcel to avoid duties is treated as a return, and the outbound shipping and any carrier fees are deducted from the refund.
