What we collect, why, and who else sees it.

Replace this: This page describes what the software actually does, which is the hard part — but it is not legal advice and has not been reviewed against GDPR, CCPA or your local law. Have a lawyer check it before you take real orders.
What we collect
If you buy something: your email address, shipping address, and what you ordered. Your card details are entered on Stripe’s payment page and never reach our servers — we store only Stripe’s reference to the payment.
If you create an account: your name, email address, a one-way hash of your password, plus any addresses you save and items you add to your wishlist or bag.
If you just browse: a cookie holding an anonymous identifier for your shopping bag, so it survives a page refresh. We count views per product in aggregate; those counts are not tied to you.
Who else sees it
Stripe processes payments and receives your email and shipping address to complete the transaction.
Cloudinary hosts product photographs. It receives no customer data.
Our email provider receives your email address in order to send order confirmations and shipping notifications.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.
Cookies
Two, both strictly functional: one identifies your shopping bag, and one keeps you signed in. There are no advertising or third-party tracking cookies on this site.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for seven years. We are required to retain them for tax and accounting purposes, so we cannot delete an order history on request within that period.
Everything else — your account, saved addresses, wishlist — is kept while your account is open and deleted when you ask us to close it.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@reloom.test.
Replace this: Depending on where your customers live, you may need to name a legal basis for processing, a data controller, and a supervisory authority for complaints.
