Every piece is inspected by hand and graded against the same six-point scale. Flaws are photographed, never hidden — if something is worn, you will see it in the images and read about it in the description.

How we inspect
Each item is checked at the seams, closures, lining and hardware, in daylight. Anything we find — pilling, a mark, a missing button, a repaired seam — is written into the description and photographed close up.
Measurements are taken flat. Sizing on vintage and designer pieces often differs from the label, so trust the measurements over the size tag.
